Quick Music 'Toons

Being a bit of a music buff, many of my quick Instagram 'toons are based on rock stars, bands etc.  Here's a quick selection including Funkadelic, David Bowie and Iggy Pop getting into a sticky situation in Berlin, an idea for an insensitive greetings card featuring a Soft Cell-ish band, and last but not least, Daft Punk at the orthodontist.

Important Cultural Posts

Another Instagram 'toon.  Am especially fond of this one.

Those not au fait with the music of La Roux and those without iTunes may experience befuddlement.

Some more quick 'uns for you (yes, I am mildly obsessed with Instagram at the minute).

Quick 'Toons from Instagram

Hi all, whoever you may be.  I haven't been in these parts for ages! Anyways I've been doing a few quick cartoons, photographing them and posting them on Instagram.  Here's a few I like.

Grandma's Box of Memories...I am published!

Written by my mother and illustrated by me, Grandma's Box of Memories was published this weekend just gone.  More info on the book is available at: http://www.jkp.com/catalogue/book/9781849055178

To quote the website, This beautifully-illustrated story helps to explain dementia to children aged 4 to 7 years in a gentle and engaging way, and prompts discussions about what children can do to help a grandparent living with dementia.  It is an ideal starting point for family discussions and a book that dementia care professionals will want to recommend to the families they work with.

International Break...Reprise!

Hi all...I've uploaded a new version of 'International Break' for two reasons.

1 - The World Cup starts in two days, so I'm jumping on the bandwagon!

2 - A couple of people told me the original post was too small to read.  I'm hoping this format will be easier.  Feel free to let me know if it is/isn't.
